Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Title Processor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of real estate transaction documentation. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research on property records, including public records, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and other relevant databases to verify property details. Prepare, review, and process title documents accurately, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies. Coordinate with title insurance companies, escrow officers, and legal teams to facilitate seamless transaction workflows. Analyze property titles for potential issues such as liens, encumbrances, or discrepancies that could affect transferability. Maintain detailed records of all title processing activities and ensure timely completion of all documentation. Assist in resolving title issues by collaborating with relevant parties and conducting additional research as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams to clarify requirements and update on progress. Skills Strong knowledge of real estate law principles related to property titles and transfers. Proficiency in research techniques using public records, GIS tools, and online databases. Experience with title processing procedures within a law office or real estate environment. Familiarity with GIS technology for mapping and spatial analysis related to property boundaries. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple files accurately. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team setting.
