This pivotal role combines high-level administrative/office management support with specialized expertise in title insurance and its processes to be a jack-of-all-trades colleague for all our team members. Responsibilities We are a small to medium sized title company that operates out of 4 states (Minnesota, Idaho, Colorado & Wyoming). When it comes to office management duties, this could include responsibilities such as phone & fax management, IT company & office tech liason, office supply ordering & tracking, marketing material creation (both physical & digital) and CRM upkeep, occasionally jetting off to our different offices here within the Twin Cities (West St. Paul, Edina, Bloomington, Wayzata, New Brighton, North Loop - Minneapolis) to check-in with teams and help with whatever they need, running to UPS to send items to our western teams, website editing, working with all our vendors/softwares on anything that's needed/communicating with the team on upcoming changes, etc. This position will work directly with our President & Director of Operations to help them with daily operations as well as special projects throughout the year like office moves, acquisitions, new hire onboarding and other company-growth items - having a valuable seat & voice in what's to come at ETS. Experience We know most business operations jobs are learned in the field / on the job depending on what industry your experience is in, but any experience with external customer service or internal operations/office management in a business setting would be preferred. If you are an individual that has experience in the title insurance industry already - that would be a major plus as you would already know the lingo of what we do and could be even more of a help on day one to our closing teams to step-in in certain areas of the file or closing process when needed. All in all, we would describe this job as half daily operations half jack-of-all-trades who will learn on the job and step-in wherever is needed to help any of your team members in our 4 states. Working directly with the leadership team you will work on projects that shape how the company will look and operate tomorrow in a fun, fast-paced, family "look out for each other" office environment we are all proud to work for. Thank you for your application in advance and we look forward to seeing what you have to offer!
