Job Description

Key Responsibilities Daily operation reconciliations Schedule reconciliations Processing vehicle deals accurately and efficiently Vehicle inventory management Maintain organized financial and operational records Make quality decisions independently and without hesitation Communicate effectively with employees across all departments Work collaboratively within the dealership office team Title & Registration Duties Assist with processing vehicle titles and related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Verify title documents for accuracy and completeness Prepare title applications to appropriate government agencies Process title transfers, including liens and releases Resolve title discrepancies, including missing or incorrect documentation Communicate with customers, dealerships, and financial institutions regarding title-related matters Maintain organized and compliant title records Stay informed on local, state, and federal title and registration regulations Provide administrative support to office personnel and management as needed Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements Automotive dealership office accounting experience
REQUIRED
Previous title clerk or dealership administrative experience strongly preferred Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership software systems Knowledge of state and federal vehicle title laws and regulations preferred Verifiable track record working successfully within an office team Must pass a background check and drug test Please do NOT apply if you do not possess the required automotive dealership office accounting experience.
