Responsibilities include:

Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and on time Process paperwork from our Finance & Insurance department Track funding on financed vehicle purchases Prepare vehicle and trade-in payoff checks Process daily receipts and ACH deposits Process floor plan payoffs Maintain and update management reports Process wholesale transactions, dealer trades, and intercompany transactions Maintain certificates of origin and titles for new and used vehicle inventory Reconcile accounting schedules Assist with month-end accounting Learn and stay current with title and registration requirements Assist the accounting team wherever needed Who We're Looking For We care as much about the person as we do about previous experience.
