We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Billing Responsibilities:

Bill all new and used vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner Organize all paperwork in each deal and review for accuracy and completeness Ensure all required documents are properly signed and included in deal jackets Work closely with banks and lenders to submit required documents for funding Monitor deal funding and follow up with lenders when necessary

Qualifications:

Previous automotive billing, or dealership office experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Notary Public certification is a plus

Schedule:

Full-time position Some evenings and Saturdays required Salary - $20+ but based on experience.
