Job Training by a Supervising Attorney will be Provided. Primary responsibilities Review and Determine Insurability/Recordability of documents related to Real Estate Transactions and the clearance of Title Issues Examine Third Party Search Work to Create Title Commitments Issue Endorsements related to Title Commitments Make insurance determinations on title requirements and exceptions Provide Final Post-Closing Review of Files prior to Final Title Policy issuance.
