Job Description Harbinger Land is looking for an experienced right of way/acquisitions agent that can be based in the Carson City, NV area to assist with right of way research and acquisitions for infrastructure development on a contract basis 40 hours per week. Local proximity to a client's office is required. If relocating from out of state, an ideal candidate will be provided with additional hourly compensation to help with associated living costs. Roles and Responsibilities Research current title and right of way ownership to determine easement needs. Coordinate with the client right of way agents, and negotiate with landowners to obtain necessary right of way easements for client infrastructure development. Prepare easements and title curative documents for execution. Required Experience & Licenses 5 years+ experience in right of way minimum 10 years+ experience in right of way preferred Expertise with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets Expertise with PDFs Experience working with cloud-based storage systems

Driver's License:

A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation is required to report to the client's office. Bonus Points If You Have GIS experience Local government experience and/or relationships
