Title Clerk

Meyer's RV is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.

Job Duties:

Title & Registration Processing:

Submitting complete and accurate paperwork to the DMV/Secretary of State within state-mandated deadlines Reviewing and researching title documentation for accuracy and completeness, including out-of-state titles. Assisting the Finance (F&I) department, sending documents for bank funding, and posting vehicle sales/purchases in the management system. Filing, managing inventory records, and occasionally running documents to the DMV. Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles Record and maintain new and used inventory Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations Other duties / projects as assigned for the overall benefit of the

Dealership Job Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent Detailed oriented and well organized Excellent verbal/written communication skills Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands
