of Freeport•is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Loaner Coordinator to join our team! Ideal candidate would be a detail oriented, outgoing individual who has previously worked in loaner car or rental departments. Responsibilities including, but not limited to: Ensuring loaner fleet is gassed, cleaned, and staged appropriately. Inspecting the loaner fleet for any necessary maintenance. Ensuring that the vehicle inspection, registration, and insurance cards are current. Inspecting and reporting any damage to guests and management. Making sure all vehicles are accounted for and any problems have been documented. Working with clients to coordinate the loaner process, clearly communicate the policies and procedures of the loaner agreement and establishing method of payment. Ensuring all loaner contracts are accurately completed. Working collaboratively with service advisors and fellow loaner coordinators.
