Key Responsibilities Deal Billing & Documentation Process billing for all new and used deliveries, wholesales, and dealer trades Complete all associated DMV work with accuracy and timeliness Break down vehicle deals, payoffs, and input all required information into the DMS Title Management Maintain and update temporary tag logs, plate inventory, in‑transit permits, and related documentation Compile and track all outstanding title work to ensure timely completion Verify and maintain systems for out‑of‑state titles and required compliance Compliance & Recordkeeping Maintain the police book in Verify, ensuring all inventory records are accurate and current Report rebates and incentives as required Ensure all billing, title, and inventory documentation meets dealership and regulatory standards Administrative Support Provide administrative assistance to management and cross‑department teams Support daily office operations with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support dealership workflow What We're Looking For Prior dealership billing/title experience or familiarity with dealership software platforms preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail Friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable team‑player attitude Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail automotive environment Why We Need You Your role strengthens sales, ensures compliance, and elevates every customer interaction.
