• 7PM Thursday 12PM-8PM Friday 9AM
• 4PM Saturday 11AM
• 7PM Sunday 11AM-5PM ALT.

Candidate should possess outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills and be computer proficient. General accounting knowledge is also helpful.

Requirements:

Must have open availability. Dependable, Detail Oriented Self Starter. Positive attitude with a high-energy personality. Organization and follow up skills. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process DMV paperwork for all states Process state registration documents Resolve title/insurance issues Proof Reading and verifying documents Deal packaging Bill wholesales/ swaps Maintain electronic police books in VERIFI system Manage plate and in-transit permit orders and ensure inventory is up to date Stock in new cars Provide additional administrative support as needed Participate in busy office as a team player Knowledge/Skills Ability to Multi-Task in Fast Paced Work Environment with fluctuating Deadlines Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds Dealer Software (preferred but not required) Experience with
