The responsibilities include:

• New & Preowned Vehicle inventory maintenance, manage Verifi book of registry.
• Preparing and processing all paperwork to title and register all sold vehicles in NY and Out of State.
• Maintain all Used car titles, corresponding with banks for lien releases.
• Perfecting liens and correcting previously incorrect titles.
• Assisting with maintaining assigned schedules (Motor vehicle and Out of State).
• Assist General Manager with miscellaneous tasks
• Assists with various office duties
• Daily deposit reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive Knowledge a plus
• Well organized with a great attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task.
