Responsible for processing trailer titles, registrations, bills of sale, and other required paperwork accurately and on time. Provides general office support while delivering friendly, professional customer service. Duties Preparing and processing title and registration documents Reviewing paperwork for accuracy and completeness Maintaining organized customer and sales records Answering phones, emails, and customer questions Scheduling appointments and assisting customers Entering information into computer systems Filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents Collecting payments and preparing receipts Communicating with customers, banks, insurance companies, and DMV offices Supporting management and sales staff with daily office duties Protecting confidential customer and business information Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday. Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, climb, and work in a warehouse or parts storage environment. Performance Expectations Employees are expected to: Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to identify parts using catalogs, diagrams, and computer software. Basic computer skills, including email, inventory, and point-of-sale systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
