Must have experience . This position plays an important role in reviewing title searches, analyzing property records, and typing and finalizing title reports and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate title examination and title insurance, with proven experience reviewing property records and identifying issues that may affect ownership or closing. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
