This individual must be a self-starter, organized and can multitask in a high paced environment. Must have a minimum of 3 years new car dealership experience as an automotive biller. All others need not apply. Responsibilities included but are not limited to: VERIFI verifications and registration processing. Bill all new, pre-owned, swaps and wholesales. Break down deals after delivery. Organize all paperwork for each deal, check for accuracy and completeness. Prepare and submit all NY and out of state registrations. Post all registration transactions and cut refund checks to customers. Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and pre-owned vehicle purchases. Prepare stock in all pre-owned vehicles.

Qualifications:

CDK experience a plus. Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written. Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy. Highly professional and dependable.
