Licensed Title Agent and Office Manager Nomad Title and Search, LLC is seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and organized Licensed Title Agent and Office Manager to join our team in Cadiz, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day title and closing operations, including preparing and managing title and escrow files, coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients, disbursing funds, and ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the closing process. This position will also assist with the day-to-day management and organization of the title office. This is an in-office position located in Cadiz, Ohio.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Review title commitments, title searches, and related documentation. Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, clients, and other parties to facilitate timely closings. Prepare and review closing and settlement documents. Coordinate and conduct real estate closings, as applicable. Disburse closing funds accurately and timely. Coordinate recording and post-closing requirements. Maintain accurate and complete file documentation. Monitor multiple files, deadlines, and outstanding requirements. Communicate effectively with clients and other professionals throughout the closing process. Assist with the day-to-day management and organization of the title office. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable title insurance and closing requirements. Assist with improving office procedures and maintaining an efficient workflow. Requirements Active Ohio Title Agent license required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Three years of experience in title, escrow, real estate closings, banking, accounts receivable/payable, or a related field. Knowledge of real estate transactions and title/closing procedures preferred. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and competing priorities efficiently. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency with computers and common office software. Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented approach.
