Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Title Policy Processor to join our team. The Title Policy Processor plays a crucial role in the final stages of real estate transactions by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of title insurance policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Review title examinations, and other relevant documents to prepare title insurance Commitments and Policies. Verify accuracy of legal descriptions, property information, and endorsements. Collaborate with underwriters and title agents to resolve any discrepancies or issues. Maintain organized records and documentation throughout the policy issuance process. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely completion of Commitments and Policies. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to title insurance.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in title insurance, real estate, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
