Title Agent Global Land Partners, LLC Norman, OK Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Research Due diligence Project stakeholder communication Full Job Description Global Land Partners, LLC is seeking experienced Title Agents to support the preparation of surface title reports for pipeline and renewable energy infrastructure projects. We invite qualified professionals with at least three years of title experience in right-of-way, solar, renewable energy, utilities, or oil and gas to apply. The Title Agent plays an important role in the successful development of utility-scale solar and oil and gas pipeline projects by conducting comprehensive research to confirm land and surface ownership. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex title issues across multiple states nationwide. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough title research for designated project areas in multiple states nationwide, including surface ownership, easements, liens, mortgages, and encumbrances Prepare comprehensive Title Reports, Runsheet's, and chain of title documentation for surface properties Identify and assess title issues that may impact project design or construction, such as third-party easements, conservation easements, or mineral reservations Collaborate with project developers, land technicians, and GIS staff to integrate title findings into project planning and resolve title defects as needed Maintain organized, current records of title status using project management systems such as Smartsheet, Microsoft programs, or similar tools Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Title Agent in one or more of the following sectors: Renewable Energy, Department of Transportation, Public Utilities, Oil and Gas, or Real Estate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in title curative processes, due diligence, legal descriptions including meets and bounds surveys, and interpreting deed reservation language Comprehensive understanding of heirship statutes, marital and community property laws, and various forms of co-ownership Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders We offer the opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects that support the nation's energy and development needs.
