Job Responsibilities Include Process New and Used Vehicle contracts in a timely manner especially at the end of the month Process wholesale sales Communicate with sales, SMAs, and management teams to resolve any discrepancies Payoff trades vehicles as soon as funding comes through Post funding notices daily Pull contracts from deals daily CIT updated daily - follow up with GM Update Axcessa twice a week on every item Reconcile Schedules weekly and monthly/ maintain clean schedules Daily scanning of payoffs, fundings, etc Other duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor Pay depending on experience
