Tag and Title Clerk Tags 2 Go Philadelphia, PA Job Details Part-time $12 - $16 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Certified Notary Public Full Job Description Overview Process automotive titles and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state transportation regulations Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle titles, ensuring proper documentation for all vehicles in stock Assist with automotive sales paperwork processing, including sales contracts, invoices, and licensing documents Communicate effectively with clients to clarify title requirements and provide updates on processing status Utilize CVR software and Microsoft Office tools to input data, generate reports, and maintain organized records Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards when interacting with clients, vendors, and internal teams Qualifications Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry and record keeping Knowledge of state transportation regulations and automotive sales paperwork processing procedures a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, knowledge of CVR software is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in retail sales or cashiering enhances ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Clear background and PA notary required
