Job Description

M&K is a leading heavy-duty truck dealership seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Title Clerk / PennDOT Agent Services Clerk to support our vehicle sales and registration operations. This role is responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, lien recordings, and ownership transfers while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealership title work, motor vehicle administration, or PennDOT agent services and possess a strong commitment to accuracy and customer service. This position plays a critical role in supporting our sales, finance, and administrative teams by ensuring all vehicle transactions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) requirements. Key Responsibilities Process title transfers, registrations, renewals, and related vehicle documentation. Review title paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Submit required documentation to PennDOT and other state agencies. Maintain accurate records and enter information into dealership systems. Assist customers and dealership personnel with title and registration inquiries. Ensure compliance with all state and PennDOT regulations. Obtain and maintain PennDOT certification as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Previous Title Clerk, DMV, PennDOT Agent Services, or dealership administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of vehicle title, registration, and licensing procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computer systems and data entry. Preferred Experience in a truck, commercial vehicle, trailer, or automotive dealership. Current PennDOT Agent Services certification or ability to obtain certification.
