What You'll Do:
This role is more than just paperwork — you'll be the friendly face helping customers through an important process. Some of your day-to-day will include: Process and verify vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork with accuracy. Provide notary services (or become commissioned with our help). Assist customers with paperwork and questions — patience and kindness are key! Maintain organized, compliant records in line with state and agency rules. Troubleshoot title issues and work with customers or agencies to resolve them. Handling money and ensuring accuracy with every transaction. Performing administrative tasks like data entry (handwritten & electronic), phone calls, filing, faxing, mailing, and preparing documents. Maintaining quality control, enforcing compliance, and protecting security. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent . Clean background check required . Willing and able to work Saturdays (schedule varies weekly, Monday-Saturday). Strong customer service, computer, and friendly, professional communication with customers and coworkers. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
