- Job responsibilities may include the following: Process title and registration documents via the Online Registration System Process manual title work Process out-of-state title work via a Title & Registration Agent Service Ensure title/registration is timely and within all state guidelines Process accounting entries for titlework Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations Perform accounting and office duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Title work experience required Notary License a plus Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff Ability to learn the dealership software, Google and Microsoft products Team player attitude that takes pride in a job well done
