Remote (US) What You Can ExpectENGIE is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, title curative actions, and project finance coordination activities. This role will work closely with ENGIE's Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as title companies, surveyors, lenders, and external stakeholders, to ensure project site control documentation, title policies, and surveys meet investor and financing requirements. The Legal and Title analyst will review title commitments, proformas, site control agreements, easements, mortgages, and ALTA surveys to identify issues impacting project development, constructability, and financing. This position requires strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while coordinating recommendations with internal and external project teams. Review title commitments, proformas, site control instruments, and related land documentation for utility-scale energy projects.
Populate and maintain ENGIE's Title Review Excel Spreadsheet, including title requirements, vesting/legal description review, parcel tracking, title exceptions, curative recommendations, mortgage restrictions, NDA or SNDA status, easement restrictions, surveyor determinations, and document quality issues.
Prepare Title Status Reports summarizing material findings, deficiencies, risks, and financing considerations.
Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies acceptable to ENGIE, investors, and financing parties.

Land Title Surveys to verify compliance withinvestor,lender, and title insurance requirements.
