Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Summary The Title Clerk supports vehicle title administration and loan servicing operations for a leading financial services organization. This role is responsible for processing vehicle title transactions, updating account records, reviewing documentation, and ensuring accurate, timely service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with high-volume administrative processes. Responsibilities Process loan and lease payments accurately and within required turnaround times Manage vehicle title processing from setup through release Complete account servicing activities, including account updates, credit disputes, and documentation review Partner with internal departments and third-party vendors to resolve title and servicing issues Monitor workflow to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met Identify and escalate operational issues for timely resolution Support process improvement initiatives and system updates Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in financial services, banking, insurance, title processing, or a related administrative environment preferred Experience with transactional processing, payment posting, account servicing, or document review is a plus Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment with SLA/KPI goals Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a compliance-focused setting Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Why Apply?
