Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Title Searcher to join our dynamic real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive title searches to verify property ownership, uncover potential liens or encumbrances, and ensure clear title transfer processes. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth property transactions, minimize risks, and uphold the integrity of our real estate operations. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research of public records, land records, and other sources to verify property ownership and history Analyze title documents, deeds, mortgages, and legal descriptions using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) tools for precise location mapping Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to liens, judgments, or encumbrances that could affect property titles Collaborate with law offices, title companies, and clients to facilitate accurate title processing and documentation Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and potential risks associated with property titles Maintain organized records of all searches performed and documentation reviewed for audit purposes Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings clearly and assisting clients with questions regarding title status Requirements Excellent attention to detail with the ability A team player Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, legal professionals, and team members Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects efficiently Join us as a Title Searcher and play a vital role in ensuring seamless property transactions!
