Gallatin, TN | Full-Time $18-$22/hour - Negotiable based on experience Must have a minimum of 3 years of dealership Title Clerk experience and CDK experience to be considered. DLR50 experience is preferred. Gallatin Ford & CDJR is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team! This is a vital role within our dealerships, responsible for ensuring vehicle transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with state and federal requirements.

What You'll Do:

Process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation Ensure all title paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time Maintain accurate DMV and dealership records and reports Communicate with customers, lenders, state agencies, and team members to resolve title issues Process title work for new and used vehicle transactions Assist with accounting and other office responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For:
