Vehicle title and registration management will be the primary responsibility of this position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple transactions and deadlines, and able to follow outstanding items through to completion. This is a full-time, in-office position in Channelview, Texas. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role. Primary Responsibilities Manage company vehicle title transfers from initiation through completion. Process vehicle registrations and registration renewals. Prepare and maintain title and registration documentation. Track outstanding titles, registrations, transfers, and other pending items. Follow up on missing or incomplete documentation. Research and assist in resolving title or registration issues. Maintain accurate records for all company vehicles. Coordinate with dealerships, vendors, lienholders, county tax offices, and other parties as necessary. Monitor deadlines and ensure registrations and required documentation remain current. Maintain organized electronic and physical vehicle files. Provide status updates on pending title and registration matters. Additional Administrative Responsibilities Assist with Accounts Payable filing and document organization. Create and maintain vendor folders. Scan, file, copy, and organize company documents. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Assist with other general administrative duties as needed. Qualifications Prior administrative or office experience. Hands-on experience with Texas vehicle titles and registrations strongly preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to independently track multiple transactions and follow up until completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with outside vendors, dealerships, and government offices. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Dependable and able to maintain a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM in-office schedule. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the title and registration process rather than simply processing paperwork as it is handed to them. The right person will keep track of what is outstanding, identify missing information, follow up proactively, and ensure each transaction is completed accurately and on time. Experience as a Title Clerk, Vehicle Title Specialist, Automotive Title Clerk, Fleet Administrator, or similar position would be especially valuable.
