Automotive Title Processing

Job Description

We're looking for an organized person who can work with our team processing completed automotive plates and registrations, and collaborate with our dealers for the timely completion of correct title processing. We are on a rapid growth path and seeking someone with leadership mentality who can demonstrate leadership by working with a team. This position is built for a natural computer user with significant knowledge of Google Workspace tools, and a polished, professional presentation style both on the phone and via email. Requirements:
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in vehicle title work
  • Must have at least 1 year experience with Google Workspace
  • Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be organized
  • Must receive and log incoming incoming deal and plate inventory
  • Must file completed deal jackets
  • Must answer and support customer emails
  • Must scan and digitally file documentation
  • Must organize and maintain digital filing system
  • Must file required hard copies
  • Must answer phones professionally and assist dealers with questions and needs
  • Maintain high ethical standards, work habits, and customer/co-worker interactions
  • Other assigned duties
