Description The Title Clerk at CMA's Colonial Honda is responsible for accurately and on time processing vehicle titles and DMV documentation, ensuring all paperwork meets state compliance requirements. This role supports dealership operations by reviewing title work, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining organized, detail-driven records. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Requirements What You'll Do Process vehicle titles and DMV paperwork accurately Review documents for compliance (VIN, liens, odometer, etc.) Ensure all paperwork meets state requirements Assist with title audits and reporting Resolve title issues with customers and internal teams What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Automotive dealership experience preferred CDK experience a plus DMV/title processing experience a plus Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Benefits 401(k) with company participation Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Full medical benefits (health, dental, vision) Closed on Sundays for work-life balance Apply Today Join our team and play a key role in keeping dealership operations running smoothly through accurate and compliant title processing.
