Agency Employee Only•A Job Duties The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles is hiring for 2 Vehicle Branding Techs for positions within its Customer Service & Management Administration at our headquarters location in Richmond, VA. The Vehicle Branding Technician performs high-volume, detail-oriented tasks to process branded vehicle title applications, coordinate salvage exams, verify VINs, issue replacements, and manage branding corrections. This role ensures DMV standards in vehicle branding processes, assisting DMV's Customer Service Centers and partners by maintaining accuracy and timely service. The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, serves approximately 6.2 million licensed drivers and ID card holders with over 8.4 million registered vehicles. In addition, DMV serves a wide array of businesses, including dealers, fuels tax customers, rental companies, driving schools, other state agencies, local governments, and non-profit organizations. Minimum Qualifications o Knowledge of business English, grammar, and basic mathematics. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Proficiency in DMV processes, data entry, and document verification. o Ability to interpret and apply DMV and NMVTIS standards accurately. o Experience in office operations or customer service Additional Considerations o Familiarity with state regulations for titling vehicles, NMVTIS standards and DMV Law Enforcement Services procedures. Experience in DMV or similar regulatory agency.

Licensure:
Must possess a valid driver's license with no less than 6 demerit points and no major convictions.
