Requirements:

Must have office experience Basic accounting knowledge is highly preferred (invoicing, credits, debits, posting payments) Able to handle repetitive tasks Detailed and accurate Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent work ethic and reliable

Responsibilities:

Work with new and used vehicles that come through from auto auctions, other locations and wholesales Re-title vehicles and submit new titles Release titles as vehicle are paid off Receive in checks and cut checks to customers Invoicing, credit/debit entries, post payments, ACH transactions Adjust inventory logs for vehicles coming in and out Work with a lot of paperwork and data entry and logging information throughout the day
