If you have experience with automotive license and title operations, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and committed to processing paperwork accurately and on time. This position will have a strong focus on title and registration processing while also supporting other dealership accounting and office functions. What You'll Do Process vehicle title and registration (L&T) paperwork accurately and timely Prepare, review, and submit title applications and supporting documentation Verify signatures, lienholder information, insurance documentation, odometer statements, and other required paperwork Process ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, registrations, and related transactions Process cancellations and related documentation, including necessary follow-up with customers, financial institutions, and internal departments Monitor title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles, registrations, plates, and documentation Enter information accurately into dealership and state title systems Additional dealership accounting and office functions based on business needs What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership L&T or office experience preferred Knowledge of vehicle title and registration processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized while managing multiple time-sensitive items Experience with cancellations is a plus What We Offer Opportunities for professional development and growth Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with a great work-life balance Competitive compensation in the range of $24 - $30+ per hour dependent on prior experience Collaborative and supportive workplace culture Comprehensive health insurance package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Employer-paid Short-Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance Voluntary Long-Term Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance options 401(k) Retirement Plan with an excellent employer match Additional retirement plan profit sharing Additional Position Information Full-time, non-exempt, onsite position Professional office setting within an automotive dealership Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 30-minute lunch Apply today and take the next step in your automotive career with Sommer's Automotive!
