Responsibilities Process automotive sales paperwork efficiently, including title transfers, registrations, and lien documentation using industry-standard software such as CDK. Verify and ensure compliance with state transportation regulations related to vehicle titles and ownership transfers. Manage the sales pipeline by tracking vehicle transactions from initial sale to final title issuance, maintaining accurate records at all times. Communicate effectively with clients, dealerships, and government agencies to facilitate smooth title processing and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Perform data entry tasks related to inventory control, retail sales records, and accounting documentation with precision. Handle customer service inquiries regarding title status, documentation requirements, and general dealership processes via phone and in person. Maintain organized records of all title transactions, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or future reference. Skills Proven experience in automotive repair shops or dealerships with a strong understanding of automotive sales paperwork processing. Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases. Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of state transportation regulations and automotive industry standards. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping. Outstanding communication skills for client interaction, public speaking, and team collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes. Ability to handle retail math calculations accurately and efficiently. Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or administrative roles within an automotive or related environment is highly desirable.
