Fixed 20 hours per week Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Mental Health Administrator to oversee the operations of a Residential Treatment Home (RTH) specializing in providing comprehensive care for individuals with mental Health disorder. IThe Residential Treatment Home (RTH) Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Residential Treatment Home, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, resident safety, and effective program administration. The Administrator oversees daily operations and ensures services are delivered in accordance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR), Oregon Health Authority (OHA) standards, and organizational policies. The Administrator works closely with clinical staff, direct support professionals, case managers, families, and community partners to provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for residents experiencing mental health or behavioral health challenges.
