Salary:

Commensurate with experience What You'll Do Lead and coordinate the full admissions process—from referral to intake to approval—ensuring a seamless and timely experience Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners to drive consistent referrals Serve as the admissions expert, maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and documentation requirements Champion the facility's brand through marketing efforts and community outreach Navigate Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes with confidence Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth and successful resident transitions Host tours, presentations, and family meetings to showcase our facility and services What You Bring Proven experience as an Admissions Director or Admissions Coordinator in post-acute or long-term care Strong knowledge of local hospital systems and referral networks Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working both independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Sigma, NAVI, and Allscripts is a plus) Why You'll Love It Here Be part of a supportive, team-oriented culture that values your contributions Work in a newly renovated facility with exciting enhancements on the way Competitive salary and monthly census bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Generous Paid Time Off Aflac supplemental insurance options
