Make an immediate impact Person first culture Opportunity for advancement Training & development Adult Respite Case Manager Part‑Time • Weekday Schedule • Hope's Promise Respite Position Summary Our Adult Case Manager builds strong relationships with families, supervises mentors, and oversees the full matching process for individuals receiving respite services in the community. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and thrives in a structured, people‑centered environment. This is not a group home setting.
