Starting at $55 per hour, based on qualifications and experience About Us Montclair United is a community-focused soccer club dedicated to developing players of all ages and abilities in a positive, competitive, and supportive environment. We emphasize player growth, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable Soccer Coach to join our coaching staff. The ideal candidate will be committed to player development, able to foster a positive team culture, and capable of delivering engaging, age-appropriate training sessions. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead structured training sessions aligned with club philosophy Coach teams during games, tournaments, and league play Support player development both technically and tactically Manage team roster, including player assignments and updates Update and manage TeamSnap for scheduling, communication, and roster tracking Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive growth and learning environment Assist with player evaluations and development tracking Attend staff meetings and coaching education sessions as required. Must have flexibility outside of normal coaching hours.
