As an ARMHS Worker, you will work closely with clients to identify and address their mental health needs, utilizing various therapeutic approaches and techniques to promote positive change and well-being. Duties:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs, including their medical history, social dynamics, and current mental health status.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Offer support and guidance to patients dealing substance use disorder, PTSD, and other mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation of patient sessions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for ongoing support.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field.
• Familiarity with substance use disorder and mental health field.
• Experience working with patients who have experienced trauma and PTSD.
• A strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques and strategies.
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and maintain a patient-centered approach.

Skills:

• Motivational interviewing skills to engage patients in the therapeutic process.
• Expertise in social work and its various therapeutic approaches.
• Experience with crisis intervention and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
• Strong medical documentation skills to ensure accurate patient records.
• Experience working in an outpatient and home setting and the ability to provide ongoing support to patients.
