Job Description

Key Responsibility:
Lead manufacturing support for new product launches (NPDI) Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost Participate in design reviews (DFM/DFA focus) Develop and maintain process documentation & work instructions Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support Implement quality control and safety standards Train and guide production teams What We're Looking For 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering Bachelor's in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Strong skills in: CAD Lean Manufacturing
PFMEA ERP
systems Experience in thermal systems or similar industries (preferred) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Six Sigma / Lean Certification Experience leading projects or teams Exposure to engineered-to-order environments
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
