This is not traditional roofing. You'll meet with homeowners, perform roof inspections, apply proven treatments, and build a career with real six-figure income potential. What You'll Do Have genuine conversations with homeowners about preventative roof care Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues Apply scientifically-proven roof rejuvenation treatments Complete minor repairs (pipe boots, small fixes — no full replacements) Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Generate your own opportunities in your local area Work as part of a two-person team What You Won't Do Sit behind a desk all day Cold call from a phone bank Wait for leads to be handed to you Perform heavy labor or full roof replacements Work a rigid, corporate schedule What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (comfortable talking with homeowners) Professional appearance and attitude Coachable and willing to follow a proven system Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors Self-motivated and reliable Basic tech skills (smartphone, apps, tablet) Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED (Required) Problem-solving skills (Required) Why Join Us?
