Company Description NovoSculpt is a luxury body contouring practice based in Greenwich, Connecticut, specializing in minimally invasive body contouring procedures designed to remove localized fat, tighten skin, and enhance natural body proportions with reduced downtime compared to traditional surgery. Our approach combines advanced technology, personalized patient care, and an elevated client experience within a sophisticated, high-touch clinical environment. NovoSculpt serves patients throughout Connecticut, Westchester, and the greater New York City area seeking refined, natural-looking aesthetic results. Role Description NovoSculpt is seeking a polished, relationship-oriented Aesthetic Patient Consultant to join our growing practice on a per diem basis with performance-based compensation opportunities. This role is ideal for an individual with strong consultative sales ability, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to guide prospective patients through a high-touch decision-making process with professionalism and confidence. Responsibilities include guiding prospective patients through the scheduling and onboarding process, providing general education regarding available services and treatment pathways, maintaining ongoing follow-up communication, coordinating with the clinical team, and delivering an exceptional luxury-level client experience from initial inquiry through treatment coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with prospective patients regarding aesthetic interests and objectives, navigating objections professionally, and building trust with clients in a refined and service-oriented environment. This role offers scheduling flexibility within a professional luxury aesthetics environment. Qualifications
  • Experience in consultative sales required
  • Background in aesthetics, medspa, cosmetic surgery, wellness, luxury hospitality, medical sales, or related fields strongly preferred
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a luxury aesthetics environment focused on personalized client care
  • Ability to work on-site in Cos Cob / Greenwich, CT on scheduled days
