Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch). One Saturday a month. Position Overview We are seeking a: Strong communicator and natural closer Highly organized, reliable, and professional individual Candidate comfortable in a performance-based, sales-oriented role This role includes presenting and closing treatment plans. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations and patient experience Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments Process payments and maintain accurate records Utilizing the website and marketing system, provide prompt follow-up calls to inquiries and contact from potential and existing patients. Present, discuss, and close treatment plans with patients Confidently discuss pricing, packages, and financial options Drive patient retention through follow-ups and rebooking Promptly respond to all inquiries and provide accurate descriptions of practice services Secure patient appointment confirmations, ensure intake and consent forms are signed, schedule follow-up appointments and inform clinical staff of impending arrivals; follow up as appropriate with memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Utilize any downtime efficiently including patient calls to remind them of maintenance visits, specials, promotions and related to drive patient volume Support marketing efforts, promotions, and memberships Perform daily office opening duties Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Other duties as assigned Requirements & Skills Sales & Experience (Required) Must have experience in sales within a medical spa or dental setting Comfortable discussing financials and closing treatment plans Proven ability to sell high-value services and packages Strong skills in consultative/value-based selling Ability to handle objections and guide patients to decisions 2+ years experience in aesthetics or related field Strong front office and administrative skills Experience with marketing, retention, and patient engagement Proficient with office systems and social media platforms Strong customer interaction ability including telephone outreach, not relying on emails, texts or other forms of digital communication Professional, polished, and detail-oriented; adhere to all health care regulations (HIPAA) Language English (Required) Spanish (Preferred)Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Work is performed primarily in a standard front office and treatment office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions. No phone calls to the office or personal visitors coming to the office. No smoking on premises. No personal cell phone use or texting at front desk. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight up to 30 lbs; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information; and see in the normal visual and hearing ranges with or without correction. Our practice is non-surgical; we do not have narcotics or opioids on-site. Post-offer drug testing will be performed.
