Our U.S. location in Saline, MI is committed to delivering high quality equipment, parts, and service, along with exceptional customer support.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and highly organized team-centered Aftersales Coordinator to support our Parts Department in Saline, MI. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure critical components are delivered accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:- Manage incoming inquiries for quotations and the processing of orders from customers into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Suppliers to source components verifying availability, pricing, and lead times.
- Provide pricing, delivery, updates, and other information needed for the customer.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics with warehouse and transportation teams.
- Process order adjustments, updates, discrepancies, returns, cancellations, RMA's, and resolve shipping issues.
- Maintain files of active quotes, orders, and updates for accurate customer account information and follow ups.
- Supply necessary data to Accounting or other Departments for payment and recordkeeping.
What We're Looking For:
- Highly skilled customer focused communicator - Oral & written.
- Excellent organizational proficiencies with solid attention to detail.
- Adaptable with strong time management skills.
- Team Oriented.
- Proficiency with ERP / order management is a plus (e.g., JobBoss, SAP, Salesforce).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, additional knowledge in Excel is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial equipment support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HTS codes and international logistics is a bonus.
