Ag Mechanic

You must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in performing maintenance and service repairs on tractors and/or other diesel equipment and have a strong knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agricultural and turf equipment. We'll provide you with vendor-specific training to make sure you become knowledgeable in all areas of your job. CDL driver a plus! Utilize diesel mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and maintain safety standards. Provide excellent customer service during any field service visits, addressing customer needs and concerns.
