Job Description

Job Overview KML Remodeling is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role involves overseeing administrative functions, managing office procedures, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support our team's productivity and success. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, fostering a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and customer service.
Pay:
$22-$25/hour (based on experience) with incentive-based bonuses. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and filing systems to ensure seamless daily operations Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and project timelines Handle data entry, proofreading, and document preparation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and supplier payments Provide excellent customer support through effective communication, both in person and via phone or email Maintain organized customer records and files to ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication across all projects Call and follow up with leads, nurture client relationships, and schedule appointments Assist with managing social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram), website updates, and responding to customer reviews Design and coordinate marketing materials such as flyers, pamphlets, and business cards Participate in local events, festivals, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility Assist with project coordination by communicating with suppliers and ensuring timelines and quality standards are met Support logistics by coordinating or assisting with material pickups and deliveries when needed Serve as a main point of contact for subcontractors to ensure clear communication and coordination Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Strong multitasking abilities with effective time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, filing, and document management Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client and team interactions Join KML Remodeling as an Office Manager and play a key role in keeping our operations running strong while supporting a growing, community-focused team.
