This is an in-office position at our Brattleboro, Vermont location, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you'll be the face and voice of The Richards Group an IMA Company, ensuring every guest and caller feels warmly welcomed and professionally assisted. Your primary responsibility is to greet, assist, and inform clients, visitors, and guests, guaranteeing outstanding customer service. What You Bring No insurance experience required! You should have a high school diploma (or equivalent), experience or enthusiasm to learn how to operate a multi-line phone system, and a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure each visitor and caller feels welcome and supported.
