As a leader in premium tree care, we pride ourselves on professionalism, safety, and exceptional workmanship. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in both technical climbing and crew leadership, and who values working in a supportive, safety-focused environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities Lead and supervise tree crews on residential estates and woodland sites, ensuring efficient and safe operations Perform advanced climbing, pruning, tree removals, and technical rigging Direct ground operations with clear, professional communication Plan and organize job sites, conduct tailgate safety meetings, and identify site hazards Ensure compliance with ANSI Z133 and company safety standards Maintain high standards of workmanship, site care, and client-facing professionalism Mentor and train crew members, fostering a culture of safety and high performance Qualifications 5+ years of professional tree care experience Fluency in both English and Spanish Extensive experience as a production climber, including complex removals Proven experience in crew leadership or as a foreman Strong skills in job planning, rigging, and safety judgment Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus) Physically capable of demanding, technical fieldwork ISA Certified Arborist (preferred) CTSP or formal safety training (preferred) Experience with cranes, lifts, and advanced rigging (preferred) Background in woodland or large-property tree management (preferred) Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Safety equipment provided Offered compensation: $40/yr - $45/yr Experience and License Requirements Crew Leadership CTSP (optional) ISA Certified Arborist (optional) Tree Care
