Job Description
Job Summary Assist in property maintenance and farm labor. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including but not limited to mowing, trimming, planting, pruning Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery as required Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal Maintain equipment through regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure safety and longevity Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating landscaping machinery and hand tools Strong landscape maintenance skills with a focus on lawn care, gardening, planting, and hardscape installation Construction experience or familiarity with site development projects is a plus Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, and health assessment Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license with clean driving record Join the team at Hogan's and be a part of our 114 year history!
