Starting Pay Rate:
$24.25 per hour Child Ride-Along Program - Save on daycare costs Opportunities for additional earnings through field trips, activity trips, and charter runs Supportive local management team A meaningful career making a positive impact in your community Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school on assigned routes Pick up and drop off students at designated bus stops Follow all school bus safety and bus stop safety procedures Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and professional bus environment Attend required monthly safety meetings and training Complete field trips, activity trips, and charter runs as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 5 years of verifiable driving history Clean driving record within the past 24-36 months Ability and willingness to obtain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Successfully complete the company's paid training program Pass required pre-employment background checks, drug screening, and other hiring requirements Why Drive With Us?
